Born Anthony Ainsworth (aka Tony Culture) discovered a passion for music around age 13 ,in his native Jamaica spinning tunes for birthday parties, however not until migrating to New York where he along with two friends formed a mobile sound system called Digitec Sound ,playing small venues and house parties mostly in Brooklyn ,NY there he polished his DJ skills.
In 1996 he relocated to Baltimore, Maryland forming Soundz of Culture Shock which is dedicated to promoting positive music worldwide, some of the venues Soundz of Culture Shock has played are Sonar Baltimore, The Yabba Pot, Caribbean Paradise, Now Child Soundstage and Culture Barn (Brooklyn NY).
