Personal Bio
Born in Popayan, Colombia. I went to Colegio Colombo Frances until I decided to move to the US. I lived there until I was 16 and moved to Las Cruces, NM. I later graduated from high school in 1993 from Las Cruces High School. I also received an honorary mention with the class of 93 at my school in Colombia.
I then attended college (NMSU) and graduated in 2000 from NMSU with a Bachelor's degree on Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management, especialized on events planning and meetings.
I am currently working at ZiaNet as a technician dedicated to help customers solve their internet problems. I am also the in-house graphic designer which is very fun added to that job I also serve as a member of the DSL/Broadband team which helps sell, troubleshoot and process DSL related issues.
One of my most beloved activities however is being a DJ. I DJ in the southwest United States and Juarez, Mexico. I have had the oportunity to play in Japan and some areas of the US. I am looking forward to visit other parts of the world one day with this career. I play various styles of electronic music as well as latin and tropical dance. I will never stop DJing I know that for sure.Artist Bio
Started liking music from my mothers womb. I first learned about The Beatles, disco and classical music. As time ran I knew music was a part of me and never stopped listening to it. It helped me sleep and helped me wake up as it does now that I am 30. The Djing begun deep in my head. I had a revelation that many DJs have had. It was sometime in 1985 when I first saw the Herbie Hancock - Rock it • That turned my senses to electronic music, breaks and more. When I started growing into my teenage days I learned about many artists of many musical styles like Reggae, Rock, Salsa, Merengue, House and more. Now propelled by knowing that my friend Jaime Dorado felt the same way, we both embarked into the world of DJing. By 1987 - 1988 we were listening to the Hottest 12" singles straight from Europe and USA. Pet Shop Boys, West Bam, Information Society, 2Unlimited, Technotronic, Lee Marrow, KonKan, Depeche Mode and more. In 1992 I move to USA to live with my mother and is here in Las Cruces, New Mexico where I get up and start DJing and I been doing that ever since.
I have played plenty of parties, raves, clubs and at home. I will never stop DJing even if no one ever listens to us anymore.
I am currently seeking new goals, one is to enter into the production world at my own pace and learning with my buddy and colleague CJ Tari. Going to cities in Mexico and the US. Tari and I are starting a team called Border Syndicate and hope to push this to a higher lever.
