Since the latter half of 2006 the Arbitrarys have been writing performing and recording from their home of Prince George, British Columbia. They are comprised of songwriters Naomi Kavka and Josh Sandu. Together they combine Kavka’s classical discipline with Sandu’s knack for melancholy pop hooks.
