June 25, 2010 - Okay so, I feel like a total dick for not updating my page for nearly a year, and I feel like an elephant's dick for not keeping you guys posted... You deserve more than that, a lot of people have been really encouraging over the years... I owe it to you all to start releasing new material again. On the upside, I've been tweaking a ton of new stuff, perfecting it all to fit within the mold of a concept album (not. easy. at all.). On the other hand, I haven't gotten around to actually recording guitar parts or professionally mixing anything. It's all very rough n' cut right now, but I PROMISE, as soon as I have something solid I'll be giving out an assload of notices. Big thanks to my good buddy Tahir at Unfocused's podcast for supporting me, I have a feeling I'm really gonna need yer help once I'm ready to unveil what I've been working on! Again, I'm really sorry for treating my page like crap... But it'll all be worth it soon enough! Have a great summer everyone!! :D

Irashaimase! Hajimemashite! Watashi no namae wa Anderu desu. Anata wa eigo wo hanashimasu ka? You do? Wonderful! As I was saying, the name's Andrew. I'm a 19 year old white/Filipino hapa aspiring to become the world's greatest superhero... But in the meantime, I write music. I'm currently working on a concept album as a soundtrack to a game I want to eventually produce... Everything about that last sentence sounds silly. I should have new material up soon, but I wouldn't bet on it... Seriously, last time I uploaded something was like 2007... Ah well, that's it. I'm done. Now scram!!
A Little Bit About Anchored Cross:
Anchored Cross originated in 2006 as a Neo-Classical Metal experiment but soon shifted over to a much heavier sound. Took it in a Thrash direction in mid '07 and began recording professionally. As of late 2008, Anchored Cross has focused on a more Progressive sound, being influenced by Japanese artists like The Black Mages, Ars Nova, and Novela.

Anywho, thanks for taking the time to check out my stuff. If you'd like to e-mail me, feel free to do so at [email protected]. I hope you enjoy mah tunes. Sayonara :D
These kids are gonna save the world someday.
