process and experience. At Natty Dreadz, we do
our best to make your dreadlocks experience,
rewarding and successful.
Where some stylists fail to take the individual
into consideration, we understand that your hair
and life style have unique concerns. This is why
at Natty Dreadz, we do our best to tailor your
styling based on your hairs' specific needs.
At Natty Dreadz, we believe that the only
"good" hair is clean hair. We believe that
all dreadlocks should be representative of good hair,
this is why we do not adopt the "no shampooing"
philosophy that you may encounter at other salons.
Natty Dreadz is an In-Home service provider.
By eliminating the hustle and bustle of salon life,
you know that when you enter our threshold that
your time spent with us is all about you and your hair.
At Natty Dreadz we believe that with a gentle
touch and lots of love & care, we can take the
"dread" out of dreadlocks.

Consultations allow the client to learn more about
our services, expertise and overall
hair care philosophy. Through your consultation,
together we will be able to identify the best method
to start, maintain and/or style your dreadlocks as
well as resolve any concerns you may have
regarding the process payment.
All consultations must be scheduled in advance.

Prices listed below are standard
but are ultimately determined by the condition,
length and size of dreadlocks as well as
the amount of time needed to complete the service.
Two-Strand Twists (no extensions) $55 & up
Dreadlock/Lock Start-Up $70 & up
Dreadlock/Lock Maintenance (includes wash, condition, set) $60 & up
Dreadlock Styling Only (depending on style) $15 & up

We accept cash or money order.
50% of payment is due at the start of session.
Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance
of the appointment. Cancellations made
without prior notification are subject to a
$25 fee. Clients more than 30 minutes late
without prior notification may be subject
to rescheduling.

"Reliable and Resourceful"
My hair what a topic! One which I'm now getting comfortable with. In life it is always good to have a support system for whatever your trial and tribulations are. And hair care is no different. When I made the decision to loc my hair, I had lots of support from friends and family, but the hard part was finding that special someone to help care for my hair. I started with someone that I wasn't to sure about, She told me she started a few locs and maintained others (which is just word of mouth to me). When I was ready to get my hair done for the second time, she was not available. So on with my hunt that landed me far from home, which didn't work out for me. One day while going to visit a friend I looked over in the train and saw a lady with very long beautiful locs. I thought to myself " Boy I hope my hair looks like that one day". Turned out that she cared for locs and gave me her business card. I gave her a call the next day to set up an appointment. I figured if hers are so well kept she can care the same for mine. That was 4 months ago, and she remains reliable and resourceful. Thanks to Sandra for her great work and support, my hair is finally on its way.
