CONGRATULATIONS TO PUPPETMASTAR FOR GETTING SIGNED WITH NEO PRODUCTIONS!!!James Williams was born in Champagne, Il on November 18 1980. He later moved with his family to Tampa, FL at the age of 2. Growing up, his first love was always music and dance. As a member of "Nothing Nice" dance group, who battled against groups like "To Hot to Handle" and "Finesse", James was able to showcase his talents even more. At the tender age of 16, while at a house party, James was shown the art of mixing and creating beats by the dj in attendance "DJ Tommy". At that moment, DJ Semaj the PuppetMastar was born.
PuppetMastar loves listening to everyone’s music, old school and new school. Some of his musical influences are Usher, Musiq Soulchild, Lil John, T-Pain, and all producers in the game such as Timberland and Swizz Beats. PuppetMastar has made beats for various artists such as Tango from I Love New York, Demont and Jazze. He's performed with Tango at 1150 WTMP JamFest, performed and played at XS, Manilla, Flirt, Underground, and Fuel.
PuppetMastar wears many hats including djing, rapping, singing, dancing, producing and writing. Currently PuppetMastar has his mixtape "The Take Ova" parts 1,2,3 and 4â€, hitting the streets. His main goal is to change the game with his own unique style. He wants to conquer the world with as many conquests as he possibly can, and he'll do it one city at a time!!!.
