About Me

I am a radio DJ at WRAS Atlanta 88.5 FM. I host Nippon Music Champ on Sundays from 6pm to 8pm, which features all kinds of awesome music from Japan, with an emphasis on independent and underground artists. Also highlighted are musical movements of the past including early Jazz, Group Sounds (60s Rock'n'Roll), Punk and New Wave of the 1980s. NMC has been on air since June 2nd, 2002 and won Listener's Choice for Best Specialty Show in the 2008 WRAS Awards.

You can read an interview with me here .
b-chan is a nickname I acquired in high school.
"If memories could be canned, would they also have expiry dates? If so, I hope they last for centuries." - Cop 223, Chungking Express
"Love has no borders, nationalities, or genders!" - Guitar Wolf, Wild Zero
"D'you know like we were saying? About the Earth revolving? It's like when you're a kid, the first time they tell you that the world's turning and you just can't quite believe it because everything looks like it's standing still. I can feel it - the turn of the Earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinning at a thousand miles an hour, the entire planet is hurtling around the Sun at sixty-seven thousand miles an hour, and I can feel it. We're falling through space, you and me. Clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go. . . That's who I am." - The Doctor
"A bold and dashing adventure is soon in your future!" - Fortune Cookie
Please write a message with your friend request or I will not add you. Also, I only add artists from Japan.
