After receiving a degree in Computer Science and working in the daily workforce Jill started persuing a degree in Music. Jill became facinated with drums at around the age of 7 years old.Jill played clarinet at the start of her musical journey at the early age of 9yr. Jill became so facinated with drums while playing in the school band that by age 11 she began playing drums in the New Dawn drum corp which later lead to playing in the school bands.Jill has played in several ensembles of Jazz, Rock, Blues, Latin and has 16 years of Musical Production experience with the Orchestra for Theatre.Jill has over 15 years of experience teaching Percussion. Jill currently performs with "The Blackburn Band Trio" and the "DNJ Project". Jill also freelances with the AJC Jazz Group, and performed with the CLC Big Band.
