Indiepublic This profile is dedicated to my jewelry design project, Lunachick Designs. I'm an independent artisan in the New River Valley of VA.
I've been designing and creating jewelry for around five years, during which jewelry making has become insanely popular, making the jewelry market the most saturated out there.
What that means for me is that I have to keep coming up with fresh ideas and designs, which is both fun and challenging!
I work mainly with genuine gemstones and sterling silver wire, though I also use other materials such as stainless steel, copper, bright and anodized aluminum, titanium, niobium, Swarovski crystals, Czech glass, and organics such as amber and shell in my creations.
Most things I make are one-of-a-kind, save for a few basic maille chains.
I work several local shows throughout the year. This year, I plan on selling at:The Radford Farmer's Market: Saturdays 8-2pThe Black Dog Wine and Music Festivals in Meadows of Dan, VA (July 11th)The Highlanders Festival in Radford, VA: October 11th (I think...)
