I have been keeping busy with the new band I am playing with, Stealin' Time. You can see and hear us at www.myspace.com/stealintime.I just added some music tracks I played drums on with 2nd Planet. I was with them for over six years. They are all great guys. Clarence Williams, Guitarist/Founder and Theo Valentine,Bassist are still driving the group. You can see them at www.2ndplanet.net. They have a great new webiste and are working on a new album. I will occasionaly continue to fill in with them if needed.The song "Gene's Shuffle" started with a shuffle groove I laid down, and the rest of the tune came together when Alex Dedal composed the melody and body of the song. I have always thought shuffle grooves sound incredible, and are definately challenging. Jeff Porcaro was a master shuffle player. I was inspired by Jeff and dedicated the song to him."Oregano" was created by my long time friend and bandmate, keyboardist Alex Dedal. It's also on the 2nd Planet CD.
