The Frontier Bastards

About Me

The Frontier Bastards formed in February of 2002 after the demise of local band G.I. Jesus, the orignal members included Jerry (guitar), Irl N. Shit (drums), D.P. Carney (Vocals) and Hattamus L. Jones (bass). They played up and down the Ohio River Valley at any show that would take a somewhat off-time, loud, obnoxious punk band and generally busted out more jokes than songs. Shortly after, Jerry left the band and was replaced by Jimmi, and then they all cried a bunch and broke up. A few months later, Irl, Carney, and Hat rejoined to form the new and improved Frontier Bastards with D.P. Carney now pulling double duty on guitar and vocals, and, with the exception of a few sporadic slumps, have played their brand of punk, Oi!, and dirty drunken rock and roll any place they could, irritating the shit out of show-goers and fellow musicians all the while. They've had two independent E.P.s and plan on releasing a full length soon, and will probably play together for the next hundred years because they hate everyone else much more than they hate each other.
