Don't take a bite of the poison apple!
A stranger once sent me this rather intriguing caveat by accident, and finding it curiously resonant in a Malice in Wonderland kind of a way, I thought that I would share it.
For what is more enigmatical than a fairytale? They endure, they tantalise us with truths seen through a glass darkly, and beneath the gentle patina of centuries lurk dark and twisted horrors!
Like many a protagonist in such a tale, I have lost my way and may never find it again. In darkness and in doubt I search, and here be dragons indeed. Joy is ephemeral, a thing to be snatched at even as it fades, in a fierce, hedonistic embrace.
