The Wait

After The Fatal Mistake split up, Paul McGivern and Russ Williams soon missed the bright lights and sticky floors of their favourite venues and started writing material for a new project. Initially quite mellow, the songs took on a new life when close friend Roy Adams joined on drums, and now with a mixture of rock, indie and punk, we bring you The Wait.
After a few weeks in the practice room, claustrophobia set in and The Wait are quickly venturing out into the local scene, playing a handful of gigs in Telford, and a couple of Battle Of The Bands competitions. Following this, the band got to the final of Nokia's Rock Up And Play competition on Ugly Phil's Breakfast Show on Kerrang Radio.
The Wait have spent a few days in the studio recording the single Signals, and Resilience and Playback. The single is free, so get downloading!!
