In the mid-nineties a foursome of teenagers starts to listen and buy lots of reggae records. As their pile of records grows their passion for reggae music increases with the same high speed. Some time later, we find that same foursome sitting on their favourite bar chair, drinking their favourite beer, wondering what the fck they’re going to do with all them records. 'Yu no', one of them mumbles, 'why don't we start are own sound system, Jamaican style?' 'Uhm', the others responded, 'yuh mean like dem Boombastic- and Bass Culture-fellas?' 'Somethin'like that, yeah... there's never a descent party around here anyway...' And so we go... We started off as 'Fast Forward sound system', some time later we changed our name in Jugglin' Discotheque. By that time, the crew was six men strong. Two members, Peetah and Rabby, said the sound goodbye (which they've always regret, offcourse), a new member recently joined us, so that sets the counter on 5: Don Fuego, Ginger, Bushungpeng, Jr.Mention & King B. Since that start, officially in 1996 although that's a guess, the sound played on and organised a large number of dances all over the country.Bookings: +32 (0)476459481E-mail: [email protected]
