I was born 1978 in Mexico-city. My grandfather -Salvador Contreras- was a very famous componist of classic in latin america, so I got in touch with music very soon. Because I..ve got a german background(german mother), I spent quite all the time of my life in germany.
With djing I started in the age of 14 or 15 (don..t really remember) with first experiences with the hiphop-band Pantoc (later lyroholika). Than I turned to the electronic style of music. With the influence of my patchwork brother X-plorer, I came in contact with the breakbeats. And the first Underground-Jungle and breakbeat Parties in Cologne ( the cosmic orgasm Parties in the 90s) made me a drumandbass-lover ...But I never lost the interest in the roots of electronic music.
So I became a drum and bass dj and also a funk,Soul and hip hop dj. Concerning d..n..b I played alongside many protagonists of the scene like Matrix,Subfocus, Spor, Black Sun Empire, Futurebound, Chris Su, Moving Fusion, Cause4Concern, Phace, Vicious Circle, Syncopix, Rawtekk, Brookes Brotherz, SKC,....My first productions I made together with Mr Caypax.
In this case I am also eventpromoter and organise or suborganise projekts like double impact, boombastic plastic, Dschungelfieber, shakeupsession, funkadelic,lowd, blow....
