Sugar Jim Jr. aka Ervin Horvat was born the son of Yugoslavian parents
in Ingolstadt, Germany in 1980.
He made his ? rst DJ experiences spinning techno mostly in ware house
parties and underground dives.
Two years later, he discovered his passion for house and disco and soon
became resident in Ingolstadt..s Session Cafe.
In 1999 he started to host his own parties themed ..Delicious.. in the Eiskeller
club and established ? rst contact with international guest DJs.
Ever since he has himself been guest DJ in numerous clubs worldwide
such as Flokati, Die Registratur, Mandarin Lounge, Sugar Shake, Harry Klein ( Munich
); Jeans Club ( Berlin ); Cocoon, Monza, Vinylbar ( Frankfurt ); The
Top, Skylark, Liquid ( San Francisco ); Industria ( Lisbon ); Super Lee
( Slovenia ); Macarena, Moog, Fonfone, City Hall, Plankton Boot Party,
Otto Zutz ( Barcelona ); Mercado, Cream ( Madrid ).
In October 2004 his long yearned dream came true. The multi label Suxul
opened its Suxul club in Ingolstadt. Not only is he resident DJ there, but
also does he look after guest Djs as their host. Among these numerous
Djs are for example: DJ Hell, Patrick Pulsinger, Steve Bug, Toni Rios, Woody, Magda, Darshan Jesrani,
Chloe, Jennifer Cardini, Luke Solomon, Rob Mello, ...
The name Suxul stands for a unique concept unifying music, fashion, sports and art. Suxul goes beyond
boundaries!
In February 2006 Sugar Jim Jr., in collaboration with Elmar Schubert, is releasing ..Fancy.., the second Suxul
record including a John Tejada remix.
His style, however, can..t be pigeonholed. Thus, his repertoire ranges from house and disco to electro and
techno. Sugar Jim Jr. is someone who knows how to commit himself to people.September´ 06 he left Suxul to get back to the real roots of good taste & music.Now he takes care about his own Event-management,music productions and dj work.so watch out for incredible music, crazy events & much more
