Madison is on a mission to make his mark in the world of Pop and Fashion. After growing up in the small northern town of Retford, Nottinghamshire, watching Top of the Pops and Saturday morning television, Madison's fascination with celebrity and music began. After training at a local dance school during the final years of high school, Madison knew he wanted to pursue a career in music and performing. He auditioned for all the major performing arts colleges, and was overwhelmed to receive several scholarships to further his studies.Madison decided upon Laine Theatre Arts to further his training, the college one of his pop star idols Victoria Beckham trained at. The 3 year training course included all areas of dance, drama and theatre, music and singing lessons. During his time there he discovered his abilities as a singer, and developed his song writing abilities.Upon graduation in 2006, Madison left college with the college Drama Cup, a diploma in musical theatre and an ATCL Acting diploma. Leaving college gave Madison the opportunity to explore many different areas of performance and the entertainments world. His interest in commercial pop music and celebrity geared him up for a career in pop music, and Madison set about looking for producers and songwriters to work with on his music. Whilst performing in a show with 80's punk icon Toyah, Madison took on her advice and was fortunate enough to meet with record company bosses to gain advice and direction. In July 2006 Madison began working with dance producer Danny Kirsch and songwriters 2DB. Early tracks 'Agitation', 'The Ones Before' and 'Just Enough' were created. Since then Madison has continued work on his music project, blending 80's synth sounds with edgy electro hooks to create a unique and fresh dance sound. Inspired by Pet Shop Boys, David Bowie and disco music, Madison has a very different sound. The track 'Move Your Ass' reflects his new musical progression into the minimal electro genre. 'The track didn't take very long to write' reveals Madison. 'It's very simple in it's formula, and I think that's why it works so well. It describes what people do in clubs, moving their bodies and having fun.' Latest track, 'Club' is a step further into the dark electro genre, showing a new maturity in it's experimental style, mixing classical strings with hard electronic beats.Recently Madison has been developing his live act, using elaborate costume and fashions to create a unique and individual look. Working with fashion designers has allowed Madison to experiment with his image and look. His stage act is a slick fusion of high fashion and androgynous robotic choreography. Having recently performed 4 times at London's Soho Revue Bar showcasing his act, Madison is set to dance his way up and down the country this year with more music and gigs.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
