Pillow rehearsed for the first time in the summer of '89 in Holargos,Ath. and by the end of that year played their first nervous crappy gig with another Greek band(...In Furs) in An Club. Until their split in early'98 they managed several gigs all over Greece and also performed in Glasgow(tipped by the organizers as the next...Northern Uproar!) as part of In The City Live Unsigned 1997(big annual UK music business convention/band competition - Idlewild reached the finals that year!).They only released the deleted-now 4-track Pure EP in 1996 and it's really a shame that bar the above -plus numerous participations in compilation records/CD's in Greece & England again- a proper album criminally NEVER saw the light of day!Nowadays you'll find some Pillow men playing in bands as The Liarbirds, Wild Honey & Mavro Kokkino...However this page is exclusively for those who loved the band back in the 90's and had only heard one or two songs - YOU'll get it all here, I assure you!
