here's the deal:

i'm pissy all the time and this is manifestly the worlds fault. yes. manifestly. i like words. in fact, i have favorites. luminescence.

i'm a geek. from where i stand, that just means i have enthusiasms. my enthusiasms tend to be bigger than you are. i don't go for basketball or anything solid and traditional, i have to get into the meaning of life stuff. the greatest endeavors of man and the entire history of everything. ever. and how they spell it. in twenty-three languages. and it's kind of hard to put limits on that kind of enthusiasm, it's too damn big. so, basically, i'm a big damn geek.

apparently my love for sci-fi is also geeky. whatever.
