Cybophonia is a project by Eros Minichiello, a dj and producer
based in the Italian area of Switzerland. • 1999 | Take off: Cybophonia
production starts with the tune “Vostok Jazz”, included in the “Chill
Out Café 3” collection
by Irma Records. In the following years the track appears in many
other compilations. •• 2000 | CD/LP "Cybophonia". Self-titled
debut album on Irma's imprint Cuadra. With the collaboration of the anglo-italian
duo Surya. ••• 2001 to 2003 | Remix of several tracks for Irma's
artists ( www.discogs.com ). The Cybophonia remix of the Black
Mighty Orchestra's “Ocean Beach” - based on a Henry Mancini
sample - becomes an anthems of the so-called Chill Out genre, featured in
compilations from labels all over the world. •••• 2003
| The CD “Vostok Jazz”, for the Japanese label Hipnologie Recordings,
is a selection of Cybophonia's works and remixes. ••••• 2005
| Under the name Centovalley ( www.myspace.com/centovalley ), Eros and Florin Maasz
release an album titled "August" for their own label Stereolake ( www.stereolake.com ) •••••• 2007
