What to say.........name's Dave, music is without doubt the biggest part of my life. I love really honest music, preferably made by actual people (i.e something with an "organic" sound - see the obligatory list of bands to the lower-left of this page) I play guitar in the mighty Versus The Earthquake , check us out, we're really rather good. I love playing with my buddies Add, Dan, Rich and my bro Chris. We just recorded a two track demo with WellerHill Productions (Dan and Justin of Sikth fame) which was amazing to say to the least. The tracks are finished and are up on myspace. Hopefully the band will do well enough so that I won't have to work at a "real job", though I hate saying that as I sound like Otto from The Simpsons ("man, playing guitar is all I did in high school, my old man told me I'd never amount to anything heh heh uh...oh") and in fairness we've done nothing worth mentioning for months. Which is a shame, have to get something sorted on that very soon.
Uh....what else, I like to do stupid things like waste massive amounts of money on things I'll rarely use (vinyl and t-shirts etc). I love music festivals, but not the camping, I love being wth other people who appreciate the heavier side of music, but who don't yell "TIMMMMYYYYYY" or "SLAYERRRRRR" when at those aforementioned festivals. I'd love to say I like long walks on the beach, but I hate walking and I hate sand even more (I'm not normally this negative I swear)
I'm not much for drinking, though on the rare occasion I have been known to kill a bottle of Aftershock or Jack. I'd go straight edge/vegan if i didn't love the taste of meat, cheese and Irish Whiskey so much.
I'm rarely on myspace as....well, it's shit ain't it. Say what up if you want to, or don't.
