MP4

Le groupe s'est formé autour du batteur Philippe Cantalou et du bassiste Gérald Spatazza en 2004. Ils en sont les membres fondateurs, vient s’ajouter le guitariste/chanteur Marc Abbattista. Alors que le groupe a plusieurs fois changé de composition, notamment avec l’excellent guitariste Alexandre Bruno (Eyzen) ..le depart de Gérald Spatazza en octobre 2007 et l arrivé d un nouveau bassiste Olivier Fouques redonne un coup de fouet au groupe.Puis Astier Celine vient completer la formation du groupe au chant Lead. Leur musique se veut énergique, à la fois très rock et mélodique, elle peut aussi se teinter d’une couleur plus groove. Après avoir joué dans les pubs de la région (06), MP4 se consacre désormais à la composition, sans pour autant délaisser le plaisir de jouer en public. Avec un répertoire de reprises assez varié, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Audioslave, M , Axel Bauer ou encore FFF, le groupe ne cherche pas à s’enfermer dans un seul style, et essaie d’utiliser au mieux les influences de chacun qui sont très diverses. Le but, procurer un maximum de plaisir aux gens.
