PoorBob is from Northern New Jersey and plays Mississippi Delta Voodoo Swamp Blues on a Steel Bodied National Guitar. He also uses Fender Strats to Kick it up a notch into Chicago and Texas. Performing authentic Delta Blues from such artists such as Robert Johnson, Son House, Charley Patton, Skip James, Fred McDowell and many more...PoorBob is also available as a full band and will perform Chicago classics from Muddy Waters, Howlin'Wolf, R.L. Burnside, SRV, Clapton, Buddy Guy and many more.... PoorBob has been playing and recording locally in NJ and NYC for the last 25 years. Fusing the old with the new, Bob has managed to bring together the Delta Blues with todays sounds. Look for his CD ‘Garden State Blues' to be out soon. His next project ‘The Juba Kings' is to be released later and will tie together the Delta Blues with it's foundation..the Drum Rhythms of West Africa . Tony Sokol played guitar, bass or sang in Queer Jesus, The Others, Busted Chops, Head First and 4Q. He has written songs and incidental music for five films and over twenty stage productions and has appeared on the Joan Rivers (TV) Show, Strange Universe, WNEW-FM, WBAI-FM, WABC-AM, WFUV-FM, WFMU-FM, BBC-Television and Radio, Britain's "The Girlie Show," bars and nightclubs throughout the tri-state area and over a dozen Manhattan Public Access TV Shows.
