Christof Jaussi is a drummer, composer, singer and pianist. This site shows his work as a drummer and as a singer-songwriter for his band Five Blue.
Christof took drum lessons with his hero-drummers Duduka Da Fonseca, Mike Clark, Kim Plainfield, Mark Walker, Michael Lauren, Ricky Sebastian, Zack Danziger, Fred Klatz, Frank Katz, Bobby Sanabria, Peter Retzlaff, Brad Flickinger, Memo Acevedo, René Diggelmann, Marc Halbheer, Norbert Pfammatter and Fabian Kuratli (R.I.P) in New York and Switzerland.
He started to play the piano at an early age. The few teachers he had were his Grandma Dorothea Jaussi, Hans-Peter Pfammatter, Roberto Domeniconi and Jürg Badertscher.
Writing music and lyrics is something he started doing at about age 8. Apart from composing music for bands he's a member of, he performs his music on piano and vocals in Switzerland and Germany.
His tight concert schedule as a drummer for Swiss and German bands makes him travel all over Europe and abroad (Chicago and NYC).
He endorses Yamaha Drums, Istanbul Agop Cymbals, Vater Drumsticks, Aquarian Drumheads and Lauper Snare Drums.
