I'm a big kid at heart, I like UFC, wrestling ( yes, the WWE crap on tv ), cars, music, movies, videogames, and computers. If you were to walk into my room, you'd see proof of this first hand as I've got movies, videogames, and cds all over the place.
I'm not looking to meet anyone special, I've already found her, we married November 14th 2007. I'm here to see how many people I know that are members of this site, so that I can reestablish communication with old friends. New friends are welcome, if you dig cars, music, and like to have fun, that's cool.
I was raised listening to Oldies and Hard Rock, but over the years I found myself to be a fan of all kinds of music. Oldies, 80's Ballads, Metal, Rap, as long as I can bang my head to it, or just kick back to a tight beat, I enjoy it.
This goes somewhat hand in hand with the books section. I'm heavily into anything that involves swords, knights rescuing maidens, warriors fighting for good of their cause. For example, the Star Wars Saga, Lord of The Rings, Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2, The Blade Series, Highlander movies and Series, Gladiator, Troy, and of course the new cult classic, Equilibrium. But alas, I am not biased, I enjoy a good comedy now and then, not to mention movies about racing, Fast and The Furious was an awesome look into the life and interests of car enthusiasts, even if it was predominantly ricerockets. Girly movies or chick flicks, sure, I'm down to watch em, only if I have Jocelyn with me when I watch em.
Shows I enjoy are simple enough. CSI - The original, Highlander - the original, anything that involves wrestling, be it WWE, TNA, ECW, or anything on Cartoon Network. Hey, I told you I was a big kid at heart.
I enjoy fantasy and sci fi novels. Give me a book based on the Star Wars saga, or Lord of The Rings, virtually anything based on medeival times and swordplay, and I'm happy.
My heroes, so to speak, would be men like Vince McMahon, who gave us the greatest wrestling company of all time, WWF, bought out WCW and ECW, renaming his empire WWE, bleh. Authors like J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis, for giving us such phenomenal stories, like the Lord of The Rings trilogy, and the Chronicles of Narnia series. Then, who could forget George Lucas, the man who gave us two of my all time favorites, Star Wars and Indiana Jones. So yeah, my Heroes, so to speak, are those responsible for some of my favorite things in life.
