I'm here to keep in touch with old friends, make new ones, and have fun along the way.

I'm very laid back, easy to get along with, and have a great (maybe slightly twisted) sense of humor.

I've been told that I'm too nice. I forgive, but generally don't forget, and although I'm not religious, I do believe there is something to the whole "do unto others..." thing.

My Interests

I love music. The type of music I listen to usually fits the mood I am in. It is kind of like the soundtrack to my life. See below before details.

I love the ocean. A day at the beach means being in the water or going for walks along the shore. I see no point in just laying on a blanket in the sand.

Amusement parks, roller coasters, and other insane thrill rides.

Travel, road trips, seeing new places.

Really, my main interest is just having fun and I can have fun doing just about anything with the right person...

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet people I can fun with. People who share some of my interests and at the same time can introduce me to new things.

Oh yeah... and the Pope.

Music:

I like most types of music to a certain degree but spend most of my time listening to progressive/heavy metal and classic rock. I like music that is powerful, intelligent, and can generate some type of emotional response from the listener. Favorites include Savatage, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Chris Caffery's solo material.

On a less serious note, I also still like the 80's hair bands and their classic cheezy power ballads.

I love going to concerts and will go to see just about anyone. There is something about a live performance that I find amazing. Unfortunately, I don't seem to get to go as often as I would like.

I also pretend to know how to play guitar. I have a guitar and an amp and someday I may actually take lessons!

Comedies, horror, action, and movies based on historical events. Movies like The Matrix, Star Wars, Rocky, Euro Trip, and Titanic.

The Lost Boys ..

Television:

Discovery Channel, The History Channel, and The Military Channel are my big three. I can sometimes be caught watching VH1 Classic. I also watch The Shield, Rescue Me, and my co-workers just got me started watching Nip/Tuck. Reruns of Friends and Seinfeld still crack me up.
