Who is Gia? I am a 24 year-old worship leader/singer/guitar player/songwriter. I've been singing since I was about 5 and started playing guitar, leading worship and writing songs around age 12. Where did Gia come from?? I was born and raised in Old Bridge, NJ. As a sophomore in high school, I began interning at Calvary Chapel Old Bridge in the music ministry. As soon as I graduated, I became the full-time assistant worship leader. I kept that position for about 3 years until God began to open doors for me out in Southern CA. Since my big move to the west coast in late 2003, I've been leading worship ALL OVER on my own and with a worship band called Scarlet Hope. What has Gia done and where has she been? WELL...I've led worship all over the country...and the world. God has so graciously given me amazing opportunities to worship with so many awesome people. I've traveled all over the US as well as England, Scotland (twice), Dominican Republic, Cuba, Hungary, and Israel (twice...my favorite place in the WHOLE world). I've been involved in both East and West Coast Calvary Chapel Worship Leaders Conferences, and I've been privileged to sing with Paul Baloche, Kelly Willard, Dave Sylvester, Pete Episcopo, Lenny LeBlanc, Mary Barret, and others.
