About Me
Arnaldo Lizarraga, mostly known as DJ Happy, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He moved to the United States at the age of 12, leaving family and friends behind but bringing with him his passion for music. At the age of 17, DJ Happy began his DJ career by doing house parties and other small events, while also maintaining his academics. In 1996, DJ Happy entered the night club scenes playing tropical beats in known Bay Area clubs. He came to be well known by playing new Latin American rhythms including reggaeton. In 2004 he became one of the founders of reggaetonsf.com, which is known to be the pioneers in bringing the reggaeton movement to the Bay Area. DJ Happy now stands as the crowds well known and favorite reggaeton DJ in the Bay Area. NOW, I'm a mixer on LA KALLE 105.7-100.7 TU RITMO LATINO. I'm on the air MONDAY and THURSDAY from 9pm to 9:30pm or 12:00am - 12:30am.
