GALLERY OF FEAR
Four shocking tales of terror and madness!
Fright directors Alan Rowe Kelly & Anthony G. Sumner are taking a new spin on the classic horror anthology with their new release GALLERY OF FEAR. Four unique and terrifying stories produced by SouthPaw Pictures & Tiny Core Pictures.
CRITIC'S CHOICE - Written & directed by Alan Rowe Kelly and starring the marvelous Debbie Rochon. CRITIC'S CHOICE is the omnibus' connecting tale about a popular and much maligned New York art critic named Roberta Van Houten (Rochon), who has received a very ‘special’ invitation to attend a private showing in upstate NY for an anonymous artist’s work. Unbeknownst to Roberta, she arrives to discover she is the only guest, and her host has other plans in store for her.
BY HER HAND, SHE DRAWS YOU DOWN – Directed by Anthony G. Sumner (W.O.R.M.), based on the award-winning short story by Douglas Smith and starring Zoë Daelman Chlanda (I’ll Bury You Tomorrow), Jerry Murdock (Crossed), Joshua Neslon (Pink Eye) and Terry Shane (Satan’s Schoolgirls) as “Harry”.
DOWN THE DRAIN – Written and directed by Alan Rowe Kelly (THE BLOOD SHED) and starring Jerry Murdock, Raine Brown (Barricade), Mike Lane (Insatiable), Miguel Lopez, Keith Fraser (Vindication), Jessie Mae Laumann (Vindication), Tom Lanier, Henry Borriello (Crossed), Robert Norman (I'll Bury You Tomorrow), Sandra Schaller (The Blood Shed) and Shane Kulman as “Ms. Fletcher”.
IT RIPS - Directed by Anthony G. Sumner, based on the short story by Michael McBride and starring Debbie DiVerde (Slices Of Life).
A FAR CRY FROM HOME – Written, directed and starring Alan Rowe Kelly and also starring Don Money (Hell On Earth), Jerry Murdock (The Blood Shed), Katherine O’Sullivan (I’ll Bury You Tomorrow), Benzy (The Screening), Susan Adriensen (Under the Raven’s Wing), Robb Leigh Davis and Terry M. West (The Bunker) as “Preacher Man.”
It’s The Late, Late Show, the Saturday Triple Feature and Midnight Movies all rolled into one!
GALLERY OF FEAR - A FAR CRY FROM HOME
Alan Rowe Kelly's (ILL BURY YOU TOMORROW, THE BLOOD SHED) controversial horror tale, A FAR CRY FROM HOME, is about a young urban gay couple (Kelly & Don Money) traveling through the NJ/Pennsylvania wilderness and stop at a rural antique hex store. What they don't realize, is that the backwoods storeowners (Katherine O'Sullivan, Jerry Murdock & Benzy) are a religious sect of homophobic, crazed killers who - under the local rule of the Preacher Man (Terry West) - have 'extended' plans for our vacationing couple by doing the 'Lord's work'. A horror film in every sense by using HATE as the ultimate killer. The rest of the cast includes Robb Leigh Davis and Susan Adriensen in a cameo appearance. Once again, Tom Burns scores the film and Special Make Up FX Features were created by Michael Todd Schneider, Benzy and Brian Spears !
A FAR CRY FROM HOME has been officially selected to the DARK CARNIVAL FILM FESTIVAL where it will premiere in September 2008!
A FAR CRY FROM HOME is gearing up for the festival circuit this 2008! Be sure to look for it!
