Panesar hits Warne for 4

Very very dissapointed with Englands overal performance attempting to retain The Ashes. A lack of application or discipline has cost us dearly and we now must wait until 2009 to try and win the urn back.
On a much more positive note, Tessa was here from the 23rd so I am all smiles for that! It was great having her around and we had a fantastic Christmas in Melbourne. Melbourne is certainly the best city in Australia. Much more energizing and interesting than the other places I have visited. Anyway, Tessa and I went to Sydney for New Years where I met my college friends Bob & Ween. We all had a lovely time. Off to Cairns on the 10th to go Scuba Diving. Will be an awesome time. Then NZ! Then Japan!
The new dream will be to watch a Total Solar Eclipse in another country. Maybe in 2009! Anyone want to join me?

Its all over before Christmas again!

After all the hype, all the words and all the anticipation, we have still lost the Ashes by the end of the 3rd Test.  A severe lack of application was the reason for this latest Test defeat I th...
