Valhalla racing derives its name from Norwegian folklore and mythology. Valhalla was the name given to the heavenly place where Viking warriors were supposed to go when they passed away here on earth.
These myths say that in Valhalla , the Viking warriors would go out at the beginning of every day and do battle with each other until only the strongest and fiercest warrior was left standing. Then as the sun would begin to set, the wounds of the warriors would heal and they would return to the castle for a night of feasting and story telling of the days' battles. Eventually, the warriors would all fall asleep, rise the next morning and return to the battlefield to begin this intense and eternal competition again.
That same aggressive spirit is what's brought to the track, and driven across the finish line on race day by drivers that are customers Valhalla Racing.
