Among many things that I can't think of at the moment, I am a Mom to three beautiful, amazing kids -- twin boys that will be 15 in January 2007 and a 5 1/2 year old daughter. In the Spring of 1999 both of my boys were diagnosed with Alport's Syndrome (also known as Hereditary Nephritis), a degenerative kidney disorder - after a year of doctors, specialists and some of the most horrendous tests that no parent would ever want to see their child endure. I mention this only because it has shaped a lot of who.. and what I am today.In April of this year I joined deviantART and found a means of expressing myself and releasing emotions and feelings. During my time there I have met some amazing people that I may not have met otherwise.There are probably other things that I can add about myself but they will have to wait for now.. :)
