VIGILANCE ( formerly known as "Carnage" ) is a politically driven, heavy/thrash metal band hailing from the Glasnevin area of Dublin. The band consists of members Stephen Kelly on guitar & vocals, Des Murphy on the drums, John Roche on lead guitar & new recruit Mark Bannon on bass.
The band's mission is to challenge overall rule & opinion by delivering hard, fast & heavy razor sharp riffs, blended with a thumping, melodic, catchy chorus while steering clear of cheesy, meaningless, lyrics that are associated with most/traditional thrash metal bands.
