I got into watching all this fighting stuff lately like the UFC and PRIDE fighting. I've always been a big boxing fan and finally got my punching bag set up in my garage. I'm a big movie fan and I love to go dancing. My favorite food is probably chinese food, but I'd never turn down Mexican food or Sushi! And that's all I have to say about that. I also love to play the guitar and the djembe. I have a drum store, so all the drums are accessible to me. Hmm I also have a huge passion for travelling. I've been to Europe twice (For a total of 5 months) and Argentina (1 month) in the last 2.5years. I've been almost everywhere in europe west and south of Hungary...No poland or Russia, but almost everywhere else....I like to read, but rarely take the time to read things for enjoyment. I am a big poker fan as well....doesn't matter who you are, I'd be more than glad to take your money, I mean play poker with you......
I don't know why, but lately I've been meeting these prissy, high maintenance, materialistic, woman. I would much rather meet a woman that is a bit more laid back. I dunno why, but I find myself being attracted to brunettes with long hair. If you are a sweetheart, that's the most important thing for me. I am also a huuuuuge sucker for a girl who can play the guitar. Also, for those who need drums, hit me up and I'll give you a smokin' deal.
Tom Petty, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, that kinda stuff. Right now I think my favorite song has to be Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. I'm not a super huge Fleetwood Mac song, but that song means a lot to me right now. I also really like the Goo Goo Dolls song, called Better Days. I'm a big fan of acoustic guitar and love listening to Eric Clapton play. Back in high school I loved to listen to Steve Miller, The Doors, Pink Floyd, etc. I have a pretty broad collection of music and have even been known to listen to a lil bit of country. I'm starting to get into Latin music lately because I love the sounds of the drums. That's probably because I have a store full of them, but either way, it's pretty cool.
Too many to name. The very best movie ever is Payback! Then probably Scarface and Goodfellas, Revenge of the Nerds, American Beauty,Goodwill Hunting (How about dem apples?), Napolean Dynamite(Come get your food Tina!), Indiana Jones Trilogy, Lord of The Rings, and Dumb and Dumber("No, I would say more like one in a million". "So you're saying I have a chance!" Wedding crashers is probably oneof the funniest movies I have seen in the last year. I haven't seen too many new movies in the theaters lately, I think the last one was Munich. That was a pretty powerful movie though, I enjoyed it a lot. I like scary movies too, but only if they really are scary. I find most are just stupid and not very entertaining. I'm sure there's tons of movies I'm leaving out, but that's a good start. A few actors/actresses that I really like include: Robert DeNiro, Al Pacchino, Morgan Freeman, Lawrence Fishburn, Matthew McConahay, Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, Mel Gibson, and cannot leave out Joe Pesci or Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny Rules!). Lately Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn have been my favorites as well
I finally got into 24 in its 6th season. I enjoy watching I watch American Idol, Showtime at the Apollo, Star Search, etc, those type of performance shows. I love watching people perform, specifically sing on stage. It's even better for me when they aren't famous and you can just listen to their voice and not think about who they are. I'm a big game show junkie too. Other than that, I usually just watch sports and movies on the TV.
Ken Fallett is da man. Read code to zero, it's a great book. If you have a lot of time to kill read The Pillars Of The Earth by the same author. It's a long book, but well worth the read.
My hero has to be my dad. In 2005, he got pancreatic cancer and was so positive during it all. He's been through two long-term sessions of chemotherapy and always keeps a smile on his face. If I could be 1/2 as strong as my Father, I would be grateful.
