U-Lit Records is a small, independent record label founded in 2003. The label is based in Alkmaar, The Netherlands.

U-Lit is short for Underground Enlightenment. Our catalogue features critically acclaimed underground artists and bands with no restrictions concerning the style and substance of the music. In other words: it's real.

The company can be considered to be sprung from Geesthuis Entertainment, an underground collective of like minded folks sharing a history in making music with and for each other. The result of this was a catalogue of eight releases.
