It was in early 2005 that Samira and Martin met in Bangalore. One has been there for a long time and the other has been coming and going. They liked each others qualities and decided to collaborate. So, Martin went to Frankfurt and pre-produced tracks in his little room. End of the year he went back to Bangalore and started work with Samira. He immediately loved her approach towards the tracks. Samira would walk in, sit, listen, start scribbling on paper and her voice would be recorded an hour later... Martin's instrumentals had become real songs! The first of them was "Solitude". Dominant Season's music is an urban mix of drum'n'bass, dub, soul, rock and Indian vibes that are far beyond Bollywood or new age esoterica. They were "Artists of the Month" in India's number one music magazine Rave and featured artists on Radio City (Bangalore) and Radio X (Frankfurt). Dominant Season are roaming on having London as a new base on their map.
