Travel, travel, travel ;o) You've got to see the world!
I love it all but some of my favs are...Josh Ritter, James Blunt, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band, Nina Simone, Sade, Herbie Hancock, U2, Shakira, Counting Crows, Bighead Todd & the Monsters (are they even still around?! I love their old stuff), Barenaked Ladies, Johnny Cash, Louis Armstrong (any kind of Jazz), Classical works too, there are definitely other artists, I'll have to think about it. I am sure there are a few I won't list for fear of losing friends ;o)
Gone with the Wind (just watched it for the first time and I loved it), Shawshank Redemption, Savannah Smiles (my favorite as a kid), I like the horror films too.
Currently obsessed with the 24 series...Grey's Anatomy, anything Law & Order, Nip/Tuck, Without a Trace, I love the murder mysterys. I was the only 12 year old who couldn't miss an episode of Matlock! ha, ha...
Currently reading Life of Pi...my all time favorite is "I Know This Much is True" by Wally Lamb. Not sure if it's in the US yet but "A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian" by Marina Lewycka was really good. Also just finished "City of God" by Paulo Lins. And I'll admit it, I liked "The Devil Wears Prada." It was a great book, haven't seen the movie yet but one of these days.
