Since leaving Barr Beacon in 2002, everything has been going great, I stayed and finished another year at sixth form and studied business studies for a year GNVQ, then decided I didnt want to do my A-levels and went to Sutton College and studied Performing Arts (Acting) for two years. A decision that has changed my life around! I ended up coming out with the best grade there was, triple distinction, not many people had achieved that grade but I did, and that is probably the best achievement I have. The people I met there were all talented and great people to work with and I miss them all, you know who you are! I still see some friends who are close, John, Emma, Peter, Sarah (latino) but for many of them, they went off to drama school or uni which I wish I did that myself! After college I went to Birmingham Theatre school and studied a Professional Diploma in Acting for another year! During the course I auditioned for singer for a band called 'Cobalt'. Ive been with them for over 3 years now and have done loads of gigs around Birmingham and some venues in the UK. Were only a covers band and it consists of Classic Rock Blues and Soul! Being young and performing songs older than myself is quite an experience. I have always done alot of writing in my own time and will produce them into an album in a couple of years. Im working closely with musicians and writers and getting a compilation of ideas to create an original sound. So we will see what happens and hopefully I can make a career out of what I have. Peace!!!
