Our theme for Relay for Life this year is "One world... One hope". Last year I was a team captain and our team raised over $7,000. On a whole, our entire relay campaign (over 80 teams) raised around $210,000!!! This year I am a team mentor, with 10 teams under my care. SO FAR this year our whole campaign (127 teams) grand total has surpassed our total for last year! We would like to raise $500,000 this year! :D We still have around 20 days until our 24 hour relay July 18 & 19, 2009! I have a respect and honor for our Firefighters and Law enforcement agencies! Especially after all they did with 911. I have a deep love of the men and women serving in our armed forces! They do what they do so we can do what we do! I love you guys! I'm praying for everyone there and everyone that is on their way over! :D
