Clash On Red

About Me

Clash is no more on Red fm. But wait for further updates, the indie rock 'n' roll insurgency will be back ...Clash on Red, hosted by Zack Yusof and Daryl Goh, played new music from artistes covered in The Star newspaper, Rage college pullout and other taste-making sources -- from indie pop and alt rock to Americana, with smatterings of electro-pop, avant noise and stuff that simply defies categories. You might hear Radiohead, Super Furry Animals, C-86 bands, Beck, Mogwai and Morrissey alongside homegrown favourites Seven Collar T-Shirt, Bittersweet, Ferns, OAG, Furniture, Couple and Azmyl Yunor while newcomers The Dears, Midlake, Be Your Own Pet, King Creosote, Joanna Newsom and Vetiver won't be forgotten. The music styles you'll discover here are eclectic - but with a singular focus on excellent songcraft and crossover appeal. While the genres may differ, the commonality is in the spirit, quality and the life-changing sounds of these artistes. This is Clash.Rants, raves and Gruff Rhys' two pence's worth at [email protected] Transmission: Kedah & Perak (98.1 fm), Georgetown, Pulau Pinang (107.6 fm), Taiping, Perak (98.2 fm), Ipoh, Perak (106.4 fm), Klang Valley (104.9 fm), Kuantan, Pahang (91.6 fm), Negeri Sembilan (106 fm), North Johor & Melaka (98.9 fm), South Johor & Singapore (92.8 fm)
