About Me

I love the water, especially the Gulf of Mexico; I go to Florida at least once a year, more if I'm lucky. I have two nephews and a niece that are all adorable; I love them and would not have a job and spend all my time with them if I could. My family, obviously, is very important to me... not sure what I'd do without them!! My friends are also important to me, even though I don't keep in touch very well; I still love and care about them lots.I work at Concordia University in River Forest as an Assistant Registrar. It keeps my busy and learning all the time.I'm just about halfway through my Master's Degree in School Counseling. Just a few more classes until I start my practicum and internship. Then we'll see what happens.I'm a Province Officer for Sigma Alpha Iota, an international music fraternity. It's an amazing experience that I'm super pumped about. Hard to explain, so ask if you'd like to know more.I was born and raised a Bears & White Sox fan (regardless of how much they might suck in any given season...) and I've come to love the Bulls as well. That's about it. I'm pretty laid-back and go with the flow. :)
