Candace Clark is truly a performer of versatility, and has graced the stage performing Classical, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Gospel and Rhythm & Blues. She has toured both nationally and internationally sharing her passion for music and touching the hearts of those who listen.

Ms. Clark went on to further her musical studies and obtained a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance at Catholic University in Washington, DC, where she studied under the teachings of Jean Carter, Metropolitan Opera featured artist Sharon Christman, and Bonnie Kunkel. From her schooling, Ms. Clark developed dedication, discipline, drive, as well as the vocal stamina needed to perform classical music. Initially pursuing this as her vocal career, as a lyric soprano, Canda went onto performing in the DC area as well as abroad, and toured Europe twice, performing classical and operatic roles. But her first love for rhythm & blues and jazz never left her, thus she followed her heart and nurtured her innate abilities.

Since then, she has moved audiences with seductively sweet sounds, and has made appearances with local R&B/Neo-Soul bands such as Divine Order, Just Us Band, Dyversity Band, Jeff Rush and Rush Hour, and Mirror Image Band. She also performed with William DeVaughan (“The Diamond in the Back” Man) at his revue New Year’s Eve 2007. Ms. Clark was also a featured artist 2007's 25th Annual UNIFEST in Washington, DC.

In addition to being a vocalist, Ms. Clark is a lyricist, songwriter, vocal arranger, music teacher and vocal coach. She made her recording debut with her original single entitled “Eyes Don’t Lie”, produced by Broderick Clarke. She has also been featured with Rap Artist Napoleon Da Legend on the single "Blind Addiction". Her latest project was the release of a new collaboration entitled, “Now or Never”, featuring the lyrical talents of Rap Artist KNIX, and produced by Young Marvel or Bizzle Boy Productions. She continues to work with up and coming producers both nationally and internationally, as she prepares for her solo recording project.

Ms. Clark holds a private voice studio in the MD/DC/Metropolitan area, and in addition to vocal instruction, she is an artistic/dramatic coach, songwriter, and vocal arranger.

From a diverse musical background of experiences, Ms. Clark continues to share her talents as well as her teachings to up and coming talent, and looks forward to a long musical journey filled with infinite possibilities.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND TRUST IN MY COMMITMENT TO YOU!

    Sincerely,
    Candace Clark, M.M.
