There is no remedy but to love more

About Me

About the music: I have been writing music since my freshman year, because I wanted to portray feelings that could not be spoken through words. Words are funny things because the words you say to someone may mean to them something differently than you intended. That's why I write music I guess--to try to make others understand exactly what I was feeling at a point in time. My music often tells a story, even though some of it has no words. Sometimes feelings can be explained without words at all, just a beat or a melody, or some sound that evokes emotion. That is my goal: to evoke emotion out of others. What emotion? Usually love. Love is the most powerful emotion. It is the emotion that changes our lives, makes us ache, cry, laugh, and try. The music is basically just a rough sketch, and that is all it may ever be. I would love to record in a studio and create an alblum, but right now there is no demand, and no money, and no band. Who knows what the future holds...

"let's get the shit kicked out of us by love"

"Let's go get the shit kicked out of us by love." Those are the words of a wise young 12-year-old from a movie called Love Actually. I sometimes think that he knows more about love than anyone. Tho...
