Failside is a rock powerhouse started by David Sanford and Erin Marie Hogan in 2006. Since then the band has undergone several changes resulting in a stronger, more diverse sound.
Dave Sanford comes from a musical background including punk, hard rock, and audio engineering. He previously played with bands like The Rock Car Direction, Less Than Three, and Mudworm. Dave contributes riffs and lyrics as well as his guitar skills to Failside.
Erin Marie Hogan is an actress with a background in film and musical theatre. She began singing long before she can even remember and has since sung in pop, hip-hop, and rock groups including Forsyth, No Excuse, Mudworm, and currently The Tight Pants Syndrome. She contributes lyrics, vocals, clarinet, flute, violin and the occasional guitar to Failside.
