Biography of Terry (T-Will) Lovell Williams Born April 24, 1988 in the city of Los Angeles at Cedar Sinai Hospital. Brought up on 142ND Street in Compton, California where it never rains. Terry Williams came from a two parent home that was not always so easy to grow up in. As a young child, Terry never appeared to be affected by the negativity that was floating around his home as in family members being in gangs, doing drugs, and selling drugs to survive. In the summer of 1996 on 142ND Street, there was a neighborhood block party that was held in front of Terry's home. Compton's own Legendary "DJ Quik" performed at the block party, and Terry was standing in front of a neighborhood hero watching the whole block go crazy as DJ Quik grabbed the Mic. Terry was so amazed at how one person being only human, that don't abound super powers could create an energy level that high. It was bigger than just knowing how to be a rap artist; a great artist captured the vision and focus of people just from his presence. It was at that very moment Terry was inspired to possess that same human power of being a great rap artist. This upcoming artist and songwriter started creative writing at the age of 8, a habit he expressed with keen enthusiasm. Terry entered school talent shows and worked to perfection at every show. His peers in the audience would clap their hands and sing-a-long to Terry’s self-written songs. At the age of 15, Terry's family came into some hard times "again" when his father Michael Senior was sentence to do 2 years in a California's state prison. Terry has one sister Jovania whom reside in Florida and one brother Michael Jr. who was away in Arizona attending college. Due to his father going away, he had to step up and be a man to take care of his mother Sherron. Things got even tougher when Terry and his mother had to pack up and move to Arizona to live with his brother Michael Jr., until Michael senior got out of prison. Terry's mother Sherron stayed strong while his father was away, but it was very hard for her being a house wife adjusting to her husband not being around. Through all the obstacles and pain Terry continued to be positive and work on his writing and vocabulary. He had gained interest with his school basketball and football team to keep him occupied and to keep his mind off all the hurt and pain that his family was going through. He became very popular not only from his skills on the court and the football field, but from the rap battles in which he felt was "no competition" on school grounds. He knew after hearing feedback from other students on campus that he was going down the right path.Late fall of 2005, Michael Senior was released from prison, so the sun was shining a little brighter on Terry's side now. Taking a big burden off his back with the family back together again and going down the right path and trying to stay on a positive high. Terry is 18 years old now, and has graduated from high school in June of 2006, and is ready to pursue and capture his dream of becoming a great rap artist. Terry has always wanted to be a great role model to his nieces and nephews, so he always told them that he wouldn’t never let them down. As Terry Williams pursues his career in the rap business he carries on his family name thinking about the hard times and struggles they went through and calls himself “T-Will.”
