Hmmm... what can I say about myself?? My kids could probably tell you more than I could. I am married. I am the mom of three great, intelligent and beautiful, grown kids; diverse and unique individuals in their own way. My youngest left home just a few months ago, and I thought I would be faced with an "empty nest", but I see them more now than when they lived at home. We all still live in the same town, and I could not imagine life without them. Then there are my grandkids, two of the smartest, sweetest, talented, loving kids in the world. Sounds like I am biased... well, I probably am. I have close ties with extended family, as well. I love my friends (including online friends) and my kids friends, most of whom call me mom, too, which i love. As far as I'm concerned, friends are family, too. I guess what I am trying to say is, family is paramount. i love them all! Life is full, but there's always room for more.

I like a wide variety, especially the blues and '70s rock. Some of my favorites include Stevie Ray Vaughn, Peter Green, ZZ Top, the Eagles, the Allman Bros, Blue October, Kenny Chesney, Gretchen Wilson, Tim McGraw, and Beethoven.~~~~~~~~~~Blue October-Calling You

Movies:

I like the old ones, Gone With the Wind, Barefoot in the Park, the Color Purple. And, new ones, the Notebook, Something's Gotta Give, Cold Mountain. I like romantic comedies, true stories, and many more. I am a movie holic.

Television:

I don't watch much tv, but I do like House, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, and American Idol

Books:

I don't read many books, actually. I like magazines and the newspaper. I love the old poets. Elizabeth Barrett Browning is one of my favs... Sonnets From the Portuguese.
