I find myself living in two worlds. I have one foot in the "real world" with a "real job" while I have the other foot is still in the college world, living in my old fraternity house and hanging out with my friends who are still in school. So really, I think I get the best of both worlds =-)
I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO in 2004 with my BA in English. I now work for a small publishing company in San Luis Obispo as an Assignment Editor and Product Manager. I love playing softball, soccer, football, ultimate frisbee and the hat game. Long scenic drives along winding country roads on the Central Coast are great, but they're even better with a friend. For some strange reason I find it incredibly awesome to go on bike rides that are 40, 50, 60, even 100 miles long. I love hiking, coffee, taking pictures, laughing and hanging out with friends, watching movies, smoking the occasional pipe or cigar (but not during biking season), having deep talks, and finding ways that I can bless and encourage those who are around me. Lastly, my heart and my life belong to my saviour, Jesus Christ. My life has been redeemed by Him. Is my faith a crutch? Yes! And I am SO glad that I realized I need it! He sustains me and provides me with so many blessings beyond what I need.
