About Me

Born in Zürich (CH) in the mid-70..s. I started to discover music at the age of 10 by joining a local music school. I started playing the trombone because I think I loved loud instruments from the beginning! In my teens I became an apprentice in a big record store, so to this day I love talking about music, selling CDs and attending concerts. After listening to thousands of songs I took the challenge and learned to play drums, and I have never regretted it since! The next step: I spent five years studying at a well known music academy in Zürich and started to play in different bands from Rock to Jazz to Latin. I love music from the 60s and 70s especially, bands like Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles or Jethro Tull and many others may be my constant influences, but also very important are artists from the 80s and 90s like Toto or Marillion as well as Jazz-legends like Miles Davis or Herbie Hancock. And more melancholic, harder stuff like Porcupine Tree, Opeth to name a few.I love trying to create songs and lyrics (thats what I do as „FeelX“), but most important to me is trying to play a real rockin gig on stage! The songs I create under the name "FeelX" are recorded with various singers/musicians. The musical range may include pop, hard rock, jazz, fusion, whatever..new songs are always in the process of recording, a new track named PINK MOON was released in November 2008, the new all-instrumental, Ambient-chill-out-fusion-album LANDSCAPES OF THE HEART surfaced in August 2009!
