What's the deal? Welcome to my space. I'm Kevin, 24 years old, and a sports writer for The Trenton Times. I have the greatest job in the world - don't be jealous - and can't imagine doing anything else with my life. It's a great profession because you never live the same day twice. Every day brings another game, another event, another story line. Life isn't always easy, and takes you through crazy paths and situations, but I really don't have too many regrets with where I'm at right now. I'm a die-hard sports fan, a 4-for-4 Philly sports fan - The Birds, Fightin Phils, Sixers and Flyers - and can't wait for that day that we finally get a parade down Broad Street. Meeting a beautiful woman would be excellent considering I feel I that all the other areas of my life are almost complete. Dave Matthews, Days Away, Yellowcard, John Legend, Coldplay, Brand New, Something Corporate, Tupac, Biggie, Nas, Kanye West, Three Doors Down, Dashboard, Oasis, Maroon 5, Miles Davis and the list goes on....

Movies:

Everything that Adam Sandler is in minus Punch Drunk Love, Crash, Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Scarface, Boondock Saints, Napoleon Dynamite, Wedding Crashers, Remember the Titans, Major League II, Fever Pitch, Hitch and The Notebook (yeah, I know). I own about 100 DVD's and counting, so there are too many to name....

Television:

Anything that is on ESPN. Entourage, The Sopranos, and anything that is done by HBO Sports. Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, and most of the shows that are on A&E like Dog the Bounty Hunter and Intervention.

Books:

Sports Illustrated's 50 Years of Great Writing, The Great Philadelphia Sports Fan Book, The Great Philadelphia Sports Debate. As for non-sports literature, Hunter S. Thompson and Cluck Klosterman (Killing Yourself To Live)are incredible writers.

Heroes:

First and foremost my family for giving the support and instilling the morals in me to get where I'm currently at. I've got some of the best friends and mentors a person could ask for. And my boy Mark Eckel for helping teach me the ropes of the sports journalism world.
