It is open to all visual mediums.Organised for both, the public and professionals, the festival celebrates tomorrow's directors, actors and all those contributing to the development of this new movement . It also brings closer different cultural backgrounds.This event offers to meet those for whom the cinema is an art as well as a weapon for freedom.
